We offer proposals for conscious tourism and cultural immersion throughout the Moroccan geography and, especially, in the Sahara Desert, in addition to cooperating with the society of Merzouga for the development of the cultural and feminine sector.

How to book a designer or "tailor-made" trip?

Currently, the presentation of the health form is no longer required.
AUTHOR TRIPS
The interested person will confirm attendance (individual or group) by sending an email (info@culturalfestivalsmorocco.es) or via WhatsApp (699 24 11 99). Immediately, you will be added to the list of attendees and when the group minimum is reached, you will be sent a response and final confirmation email. A WhatsApp group can also be created with all interested people to jointly coordinate the process and always with the consent of the traveler.
Payment for the economic travel package will be made in 2 installments: the first at the time of registration, purchase of flights and contracting of travel insurance/personal cancellation (we recommend that it be made during the same week after having purchased the flights), the second on the first day of the cultural getaway in hand (cash in euros) to the responsible coordinators. We will send you the account number by email or WhatsApp. In the event of cancellation of the trip by decision of the interested party, both full payments must be paid, if this cancellation occurs during the month before the trip takes place. If the cancellation is made previously and the deposit had already been paid, it will not be returned but the second fraction of the pack will not have to be paid. To enjoy our travel packages in complete comfort and safety, we always recommend taking out personal travel and cancellation insurance.
Organized cultural getaways include in the price all the services specified in the program. The person registered for the cultural trip will be provided with a certificate of contracting services.
"CUSTOMIZED" GETAWAYS (couples, families, groups of friends...)
You will be given a tailor-made travel proposal adapted to your needs (dates, geography, preferences, standing...). This proposal/budget can be refined if it is not to your complete liking until the desired product is reached. The traveler can opt for a closed proposal or travel independently and process certain services.
Once the travel plan or the agreed services have been confirmed, you will be provided with the bank account details in which you can make the reservation in 1 payment or in 2 installments, as agreed with the organization. Cancellation entails non-refund of the first payment or deposit.
In tailor-made getaway programs we do not usually include in the final price:
- Round trip flights (because they have a variable price, they depend on the interested party's booking date and their preferences regarding the airline company).
- Travel/cancellation insurance (by contracting with us, benefit from a 5% discount with Iati Seguros).
- Tickets to museums/guided tours (monuments).
