A festival in the heart of the Sahara Desert that advocates for the conservation and promotion of the intangible cultural heritage of southeastern Morocco as well as raising awareness about caring for the environment.

TRIP PLAN

Wednesday, November 29- Arrival at Marrakech airport and transfer to our riad in the medina (time to be agreed upon for each traveler).- Free day (depending on the time you have, you can visit the city on your own or you can be accompanied by the getaway coordinator).- Dinner not included.- Night in a riad in Marrakech.Thursday, November 30- Breakfast included.- Departure to the ksar of Aït Ben Haddou.- Lunch not included en route.- Arrival at Drâa palm grove and accommodation in our traditional museum kasbah.- Dinner included and overnight in kasbah.Friday, December 1- Breakfast included.- Visit of the Tissergate ksar museum, near Zagora, and the Tamegroute ceramic craft center.- Accommodation in our hotel in the area of M'Hamid el Ghizlane.- Lunch included.- At 4 p.m. the festival's music and folklore activities begin.- Dinner included at the hotel.Saturday, December 2- Breakfast included.- Free morning in our hotel or attendance at the festival's proposals (conferences, ecotourism...).- Lunch included.- At 6:00 p.m. the festival's music and folklore activities begin.- Dinner included at the hotel.Sunday, December 3- Breakfast included.- Festival activities from 11 a.m., food at the festival included and concerts.- Dinner included at the hotel.Monday, December 4- Breakfast included.- Departure to Marrakech.- Food not included en route.- Dinner not included and night in a riad in the medina of Marrakech. When we reach the minimum required (minimum 2 people) to be able to make the getaway, we will proceed to personally purchase the flights (Vueling or Ryanair) and contract travel and cancellation insurance. Afterwards, a deposit of 450 euros will be paid to the organization to confirm attendance. The rest (530 euros) will be paid in cash and in euros on the first day of the trip at the riad in Marrakech.
